Delivery Services

Standard Delivery Cost £2.95. Delivery will be by Parcelforce. If you order by 2pm we will send your goods to arrive the following day. Orders placed on a Friday, weekend or Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day to arrive the following day. Goods will always require a signature on receipt of delivery.

If you are likely to be out when the delivery arrives, you can specify an alternative delivery address during the order process.

Overseas Orders

BFPO We can deliver to all BFPO addresses for standard UK charges.

Europe Cost £25.00. Delivery will be with Parcelforce Euro 48. Please allow 15 working days for delivery. If any item cannot be delivered within this time we will inform you of a proposed delivery date. Goods will always require a signature on receipt of delivery.

Rest of the World Cost £30.00. Delivery will be Royal Mail Airsure Service or Royal Mail International Signed For. Please allow 15 working days for delivery. If any item cannot be delivered within this time we will inform you of a proposed delivery date. Goods will always require a signature on receipt of delivery.

Our Guarantee You can return goods free of charge for any reason in an unused condition within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All orders include a free return or exchange form. We do not provide a free returns service for overseas customers. Please follow the procedure set out below. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

How to Return

1. Please re-pack the goods securely using the packaging supplied and include the completed returns form.

2. Please take your parcel to your nearest post office and obtain proof of postage.

3. We will e-mail you to confirm your package has been received. Please allow 14 working days after we receive your package for your refund or exchange to be processed. We will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (excluding postage), or an exchange credit as required.

4. Please note that we can only refund the card on which the original transaction was made.

5. Please retain your proof of purchase, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.

Privacy In order to process your order, we will require your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit/debit card details and a contact telephone number. We keep a record of this information and we will also keep records of any e-mails you send to us. We do this to operate and improve the service we offer you. We may also use this information to advise you of new products, special offers or changed to our website. We will never pass on this information to a third party for marketing purposes. If you would rather not receive this information, please send an e-mail or write to us with your details.

Credit Card Security Your card details are handled by our payment-processing agent, HSBC. We feel confident that credit/debit card information entered on our site will not be accessed by any unauthorised person or company.

Marshall Bergman's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Marshall Bergman to the customer. Marshall Bergman shall not be liable for any customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Marshall Bergman cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on this website. This statement does not affect customers' statutory rights.

We cannot ensure that all items are available on ordering. If we are out of stock we will inform you o the expected delay.

 General eCommerce Terms

1.                   How the contract is formed between you and us

1.1                After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order.  Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.  Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product.  All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched (the Dispatch Confirmation).  The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation. 

1.2                The Contract will relate only to those Products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation.  We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.


2.                   Price and payment

2.1                The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. 

2.2                Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.

2.3                Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced.  We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you.  If a Product´s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.

2.4                We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.
